This was a terrific place to live! My husband and I needed a place to live for 3 years to help out with our toddler and newborn grandchildren. We found ALL the staff to be efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and caring. The cleaning and maintenance crews work especially hard to keep this large building clean and in good working order. Great Property with Great Property Management With many apartment buildings having too small a staff to manage them resulting in non-responsiveness to questions and maintenance, it's refreshing to be in a building that has a good, dedicated team here. All of my maintenance requests are handled within a day and I have no issues getting in touch with people to answer questions. The amenities are very good and I like how close it is to the metro.

The manager is a true paragon of integrity and grace, approaching every situation with empathy and fairness. The entire staff embodies this spirit; they are always willing to go the extra mile, offering a helping hand with a positive attitude no matter the request.
I also have to praise the maintenance team. Their responsiveness is incredibly quick, and they handle every issue with efficiency and respect for your home.
I am writing this review with a heavy heart because I have recently moved away. I definitely miss this place. I wouldn’t have chosen to live anywhere else, but my family needed a larger space after buying a house for my kids. If circumstances were different, I would still be here without question.
A special thank you to the manager, Nicole who always opened her door to truly listen and find thoughtful solutions for my family—and who greeted us with a smile every single time. I’ve lived at this building for 6 years, fresh out of college. I had a lovely time and sad to be leaving. Though the building has been through 3-4 different leasing companies they have all been exceptional in providing us residences with a great experience; from the leasing office to the maintenance staff. I highly recommend checking out Maven at Wheaton!

Moving to Maven at Wheaton is best place I chose. When I first came to the the models, they were beautiful and I couldn't wait to move in. The manager Nicole was excellent, she explained every detail of the place and answered all my questions and when you come in you can see that the apartment is very well maintained and it always smells good.
