I respectfully and innocently gave my honest feedback, but they didn't bother to reply. It's not making any intelligent sense for them to send out surveys but they unprofessionally don't respond, what the point of sending out surveys?? Are you not interested in customer service? March 1, 2025"I have never written a review but I'll do one for Maven!!! I've been a resident here for over three years now and I couldn't be happier! This is truly fantastic place to live. The security is top-notch, providing a real sense of peace of mind. The building is impeccably clean and modern, and I especially appreciate the smoke-free and quiet environment. The amenities are great and easily accessible. I just threw a party at the clubhouse and they made it easy all the way! What truly sets Maven ...apart is the management team. They are incredibly friendly, loving, and understanding. Any issues I've had have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Their responsiveness is truly impressive. First time apartment
May 28, 2024I’ve lived at this building for 6 years, fresh out of college. I had a lovely time and sad to be leaving. Though the building has been through 3-4 different leasing companies they have all been exceptional in providing us residences with a great experience; from the leasing office to the maintenance staff. April 9, 2024Moving to Maven at Wheaton is best place I chose. When I first came to the the models, they were beautiful and I couldn't wait to move in. The manager Nicole was excellent, she explained every detail of the place and answered all my questions and when you come in you can see that the apartment is very well maintained and it always smells good. One thing about this place they will email you and post things for their residents. Plus there are fun activities like movie night, paint and sip, food ...truck, Christmas party, etc. Thank you so much Nicole for ensuring me that Maven at Wheaton is a beautiful place to live.Property Manager Responded

October 11, 2023I’ve only live here 4 months and this place is a nightmare. The staff members were caught entering tenants units without authorization several times. The management wasn’t even aware of the issue until I brought it to their attention there was a notice in the elevator. The staff is incompetent and careless. NUMEROUS residents in the building have issues and NUMEROUS residents’ concerns have been ignored. It is a complete joke. The only thing good about this place is the bones. The management is ...poor . The maintenance is poor (they “inadvertently” close out work orders and complete them several days later. We all know what trick that is) and communication is below standard. Move in to Maven if you want a never-ending headache ! Don't do it
April 21, 2023Everything here is falling apart. No working elevator, lawn not maintained, broken doors, broken package retrieval system. Management is not helpful, and rude. AVOIDProperty Manager Responded

having some issues
April 8, 2023I’ve lived here since this summer. New building management, and there are some problems. The elevators usually don’t work and the one that works today is making some really rough sounding noises. Rent is way too high for what I am paying for. Great location though because I can walk to the subway. Wouldn’t recommend it.Property Manager Responded
