May 3, 2026Horrible maintenance and AI assistant seems to be in charge now. AC broken again after 2 weeks of being repaired. Nothing ever seems to actually get fixed. Just Temporarily made to work. Little roaches everywhere. Been here 13 years and it has officially gotten to be the worst now.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2025It’s a nice neighborhood. Some loud neighbors or their loud kids that come home late. Most people don’t pick up after their dogs. No upgrades have been made but rent goes up. Can’t pay rent without paying a fee.Property Manager Responded
