October 29, 2025It’s a nice neighborhood. Some loud neighbors or their loud kids that come home late. Most people don’t pick up after their dogs. No upgrades have been made but rent goes up. Can’t pay rent without paying a fee.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2025Since my last review things have gotten better. The staff is very helpful and someone does answer the phone when you call. I did enjoy the wine and cheese gathering. It was very nice. I do have to say there is still some improvement that needs to be done. They are fixing the gates, which is a great thing. The landscaping needs to be taken care of. And there are too many stray cats running around the property. I think some exterminating outside needs to be done for the bugs and flies and there are ...roaches outside as well but overall, I am satisfied with the improvements that the property is making.Property Manager Responded

August 5, 2025I love my beautiful townhome loft. I am a college art student, I have two guinea pigs and my partner is a local musician we both work full time. The loft style 2bd 1.5 bath is so incredibly perfect for us. I turned our spare downstairs bedroom into a music and art studio. All my neighbors & staff are so kind, helpful and the space overall always feels safe and comfortable.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2025Things are a lot better with new manager. There is a better response time to any issues. Complex seems to be looking cleaner. One complaint I have is people spewing through the complex and riding right behind you if you’re driving too slow for them. The lights also need to be fixed outside of buildings and the ones that hang in the building itself. It would make it feel safer for these to be fixed.Property Manager Responded
