Can’t listen to music outside during the day bc you’ll get a complaint. People can’t park correctly overlapping the white lines. People drive fast going over the speed bumps.

No real complaints. Maxwell is a great place to live. Maintenance is on time, staff is for the most part professional and polite. I may have had only one incident where I felt staff was a bit disrespectful but I’ll give them. 8 out of 10.

Katelyn and staff have been amazing. Katelyn took the time to show me two different units and she made sure that all of my questions were answered. She is so patient and it made my Memorial Day weekend move go smooth. Management made sure to send maintenance the day after the holiday to take care of any fixtures that were needed. Things were getting better, until they hit us with the outrageous water bills. The cats are still running around and my dog now has fleas. The mosquitoes are unbearable, I don’t know if the grounds are being treated but something has to be done. My backyard has not been mowed yet and with all the rain we are having it looks like a Jungle. I know that they are short staffed I do understand but things have to change,with the addition of Abbey (AI office assistant) I can get through to the office. ...
Also, people are not picking up after their dogs, and the lawn care company does not do a good job. When I first moved here they warned me not to leave trash in front of my door or there would be a fine, I see trash in front of units to the left of me all the time and for days at a time. This could be a great place to live if someone would just love it a little. One good thing though I don’t have any roaches in my unit and I am grateful for that.

It’s been really great living here, the only downside is when my in laws come from out of town to visit for a week we have to pay for parking each night. Only if they can do a weekly rate or daily rate base on people or even have a set parking for visy

Horrible maintenance and AI assistant seems to be in charge now. AC broken again after 2 weeks of being repaired. Nothing ever seems to actually get fixed. Just Temporarily made to work. Little roaches everywhere. Been here 13 years and it has officially gotten to be the worst now.

So far it’s been great. They’ve been flexible and understanding!!! Parking has been easy to find and I’m excited to explore the rest of the property!
