August 5, 2025I love my beautiful townhome loft. I am a college art student, I have two guinea pigs and my partner is a local musician we both work full time. The loft style 2bd 1.5 bath is so incredibly perfect for us. I turned our spare downstairs bedroom into a music and art studio. All my neighbors & staff are so kind, helpful and the space overall always feels safe and comfortable.Property Manager Responded

July 26, 2025Things are a lot better with new manager. There is a better response time to any issues. Complex seems to be looking cleaner. One complaint I have is people spewing through the complex and riding right behind you if you’re driving too slow for them. The lights also need to be fixed outside of buildings and the ones that hang in the building itself. It would make it feel safer for these to be fixed.Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025This is a great place to live walking distance to HEB, Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Car Rental and much more. Let's come together and make it a 5? ?? ? place to live. May 21, 2025Enjoying my time here. The staff are all really nice and the maintenance team works pretty quickly for most things. I would like to see more recycle bins on the property.Property Manager Responded

May 19, 2025The place and people have been friendly and my experience has been amazing. Love living here so far. There’s plenty of parking which is amazing because at my other place there was never enough parking.Property Manager Responded
