April 5, 2019Toured the complex recently and was surprised at how quite it was. The manager was nice,(linda or lindsay), she showed me both sides of the complex, pool, laundry and parking. They have a wall hanger outside the office with all the current opening with prices and what is required which is cool if your hunting late like I do, the managers cell phone is posted on the door which is cool, you wont get an answering service all the time. Clean complex, looks like they are renovating the units and ...keeping up with the times. Price is reasonable, paying for water, trash and sewer sucks to pay for but i get it, we live in San Diego. Greedy and poor management
November 16, 2018While leaving the apartment, the apartment, was very very clean, without any single stain. but still the management took $450 out of $600 security deposit for studio apartment cleaning. Even if rent is late by 1 day, they charge $100 as fine - no exceptions, but when you have to call them for any maintenance, they don't respond. My rent for studio was more than 1 bed room apartment of my neighbors, and there was always loud music from neighbors - and management took no action even after ...multiple complaints. Very bad management
May 9, 2018If you plan on living here just know that the management is very poor. They do not care about their home owners and will try to break your lease as much as possible. No parking areas at all. You have to park down the street or take a Lyft/Uber if u want to live here from blocks away. Always traffic getting into the apartments. Leaving the complex is very dangerous because of a blind spot near the leasing center. VERY BAD APARTMENTSReview from Apartments.com
Loved this place
September 27, 2016I just had to leave San Diego and move back to PA. I rented a 1 BR here for almost 4 years. My apt. was right by the pool but I had no issues with noise. The staff (Toni, Joy and Alfredo) are fantastic. Apts. are from the 1970s but they keep renovating and updating. I have never been treated better. Laundry clean and complex clean. Neighbors are friendly. Staff will not tolerate any violations of rules. Maintenance staff does not delay. Absolutely a wonderful place to live. My experience was ...great.
