The price is good apartment is ok works for my needs it’s old and it shows. Windows are hard to open the doors are easy to break into. Have been here over 3 years and no real problems so good enough for me.

Excellent community! Mostly quiet, pet friendly, clean common areas and facilities. Maintenence is friendly and attentive to issues, management is fairly accessible through personal visits or email; and if not accessible is clear and concise about out-of-office hours and alternative contacts. We've lived here for 7 years and have not had any major issues, and minor issues have been resolved very satisfactorily.
