Moving in was really easy. The pictures of the apartment complex online didn't do it justice. The one-bedroom apartment is huge and having 2 pools is also nice.

While I do like Mayfaire Flats improvements could be made! The hallways in the building need to be professionally painted and cleaned. With the amount of rent people pay they have the funds to take care of this. In my 3 years here the hallways have never been painted or cleaned professionally. The apartment works well for my 96 year old mom. I am currently her caretaker, but if things don’t improve I will look elsewhere. The rent just went up again too!

Mayfaire Flats is a great apartment complex. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and they respond to requests quickly. Apartments are very functional and beautiful. Having not lived in an apartment before I was worried about the noise level with your neighbors but I have been pleasantly surprised and can say I have not had any issues with this.
