March 30, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comMayfaire Flats is a great apartment complex. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and they respond to requests quickly. Apartments are very functional and beautiful. Having not lived in an apartment before I was worried about the noise level with your neighbors but I have been pleasantly surprised and can say I have not had any issues with this. In fact I can say I have not heard any noise from any connecting apartments which means these apartments are well constructed. Grounds ...are well maintained and the location is great. March 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe grounds are nice. Hallways are also clean. Management reactive, valet trash removal is a bit picky, almost annoying. Parking is also an issue, as a person over 70, it's tough to find a convenient space. IProperty Manager Responded
