    Mayfaire Flats is a great apartment complex. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and they respond to requests quickly. Apartments are very functional and beautiful. Having not lived in an apartment before I was worried about the noise level with your neighbors but I have been pleasantly surprised and can say I have not had any issues with this. In fact I can say I have not heard any noise from any connecting apartments which means these apartments are well constructed. Grounds ...

    The grounds are nice. Hallways are also clean. Management reactive, valet trash removal is a bit picky, almost annoying. Parking is also an issue, as a person over 70, it's tough to find a convenient space. I

    The best apartment I’ve ever lived in! The staff is so kind, always helpful, and gets everything done in a timely manner. We have so many resident events, coffee trucks, and little touches that make it feel like home!

    The move in process for Mayfaire Flats could not have been easier. Instructions were very straight forward. When we got to the new apartment, it was very clean, almost looked like no one else had ever lived there. We love it!

    Reegan, Whitney and Paige made the move in process so easy. Apartment complex is extremely nice and quiet. The location is great because it seems you are right in the middle of everything you would need. Also, Tanner and Andrew-maintenance crew-were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this apartment complex.
