I Love it!
June 27, 2020I absolutely love living here. I moved here after selling my home, in preparation for retirement. My apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and quiet! I can really hear my neighbors at all. When I do see my neighbors, they are very friendly but everyone minds their own business. The grounds are very well-maintained. Maintenance issues are resolved immediately and the leasing office staff are always professional and responsive. I have absolutely no complaints about Mayfield Place. All of the units are either newly finished or just a few years old and based on what we saw elsewhere, priced very competitively, with quality appliances, granite countertops, etc. The environment is quiet, with a mix of retirees and young families.
