horrible place to live
October 27, 2022If you ever want to be treated fairly, do not move here. They find ways to screw you out of your deposit. They claimed that I took cabinets off when I moved out. That never happened, but since this is not the first time that they have lied to me, I was not surprised at their actions. There is always dog crap, the grass is spotty and horrible. My sons bathroom had black mold growing under the floor. I asked them to take care of it. They kept missing appointments, but when they came, they kept ...missing the appointment to replace the floor. Finally, they said they would replace after I moved out. We took pictures and I called Utah housing.Property Manager Responded

No Offence
March 5, 2020I am sorry but this management is Ridiculous they do not do their job right. I wish the old management came back when I moved in here 2017 they wasn’t RUDE AT ALL. Like few months they have new management and that is fishy to me. They don’t pick up the maintenance at all. All I can say I just roll my eyes at them sometimes. they always have new maintenance too. They do have allot of Vandalism around here too.Property Manager Responded
