The team has been top-notch, particularly Jessica, our leasing agent, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. Her professionalism and knowledge made everything seamless. Additionally, Dwayne, the maintenance man, has been excellent in addressing any issues that have come up. October 6, 2025I just moved in here last week. I’m still in the process of getting settled in. This is a very nice apartment community and I think I’m gonna enjoy living here. August 28, 2025I absolutely love the community. The walking paths and walkways are beautiful. I don’t like that the clubhouse doesn’t have 24-hour access, or at the very least, earlier hours if we wanted to grab a coffee, or later hours until midnight for studying or just relaxing outside the home. The office staff is very kind and understanding. Another down, I think some non-residents use the pool area and are loud and disorderly, usually younger teens, it seems, and leave their trash out there. The grounds ...are beautiful, with plenty of walking areas and sidewalks, and the dog park is a bonus. I wish there were a place to sit for humans while in the dog park. I’ve had no neighbor or maintenance issues, and everything has been great.Property Manager Responded

August 4, 2025If you are considering moving here, do it ! I started the process of moving and getting an apartment here back in April. Every step of the way, Darian and Jessica were there to help answer any questions or anything I needed ! I am always amazed by their willingness to help! This is my first apartment that I have moved into that has an actual like leasing office and amenities so I definitely had questions. I moved in in the middle of June , and it has been an amazing transition! Everything is ...gorgeous here ! The apartment is beautiful! The amenities; the pool, the gym, the clubhouse ! Amazing. I genuinely am obsessed with everything! Anytime I have needed a maintenance request, it was an easy process and its been fixed within a very reasonable time frame! I had a wasp nest on ny patio, and I put in a pest control request, and they came within 2 days! Everything is always clean, the pool, the gym, the outsides!
