July 31, 2018I have been living here for over a year the new remodeled kitchens are very nice. I haven't had but a few issues and they were taken care of immediately. Routine regular pest control is done and I haven't had any issues since new management is here.Review from Apartments.com
GOOD QUIET AREA
June 7, 2017I have lived here for about a 1.5 yrs now, I have not had any issues. I am right up front, so I have a nice view of the little water across the street. My neighbors are usually very quiet and always speak or help with groceries if my hands are full. My only complaint is the office hours, I am at work during those times so it is very hard for me to get through or if I need a package delivered, I can't get it delivered to the office because I will never be able to get it. I think they should at ...least had a half day on Saturdays for the Mon-Fri 9 to 5 working folks, just in case we have any questions or concerns. I have never saw any rodents, roaches, bugs of any kind in my unit. And I pray it stays that way lol. Its kinda of smaller than my last apt in another complex in the area, so I was nervous about my things fitting, but once I was all moved in everything fit perfectly. So its more space than it looks.
