12 Months is enough
March 1, 2021The walls are very thin. It feels as if there is a lack of insulation in-between the ceilings and floors. I can hear everything from my neighbors. The apartments look nice but they are not for the long haul. The parking lot floods each rain and grassy areas around each building are soppy wet most of the time. Quite a bit of turnover and far too many resident conflicts resolved by Police after hours due to the thin walls. Having 12 months of experience, I would not move here again.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2018I am new to the area and I have to say the property is very well kept. the dumpsters are a mess however that's not management that's the residents. The parking is terrible but again that's not management people have more than one car so what can you say it's just like street parking. What I will say is the exercise equipment is a joke (that is true) it's out dated and small. don't be fooled by the look on the website. The management team is wonderful and the neighbors are well. Lastly, the pool ...area; people drive up to get in the pool who do not live on the property. February 14, 2018First let’s talk about how long it takes to process a work order and not to mention the parking spots are ridiculous if you can find out that is. The dumsters are always full with trash everywhere.
