I’ve had quite a wonderful experience with viewing and then moving into McDonald Place. I was shown 3 units with different layouts and set ups on different floors. These apartments have been updated as well. Definitely pleased with my experience so far. Rebecca did amazing and I’m excited for this new journey.

I have lived at McDonald Place Apts for almost 2 years now, which has been a great experience. The Valley location is convenient to everything in a great neighborhood. Though the complex is older, it is well maintained, and the rent is reasonable. Responses to my maintenance and emergency requests have been appropriate and timely. For example, I put in a maintenance request recently and I had someone over the next day looking at it. All of the staff, from the management team to the ...

My apartment is comfortable and fairly priced.
Management is promptly responsive when required.
The maintenance staff is "second to none": dedicated, competent, and efficient
