The good:
The front desk people are quite nice, and the gym is glorious! I'm talking full-squat rack, not one of these annoying smith machines (although they have one of those too).
The bad:
The stairwells are full of dirt and grime that's been there for months. There are pieces of Christmas trees still in there from mid-December, and it's February now!
The flow limiters on faucets and showers means water is frustrating slow.
You will hear your upstairs' neighbors all day long. Whether their
...dogs, or their walking, you will hear everything! I need to wear ear plugs in order to be able sleep.
There are stains on the hallway carpets that have been there for months, even after you report them.
There's been the same pieces of litter in the parking garage for weeks. I eventually went around with a bag and picked them up because I got so disgusted.
And the pets... Oh, the pets! Owners do not clean up after their dogs. Actual dog poop in the hallways and sidewalks and I've seen pools of urine in the elevators and hallways.
There are chips and dings in the trim paint everywhere.
Summary:
Could have been a great location, but management doesn't care about the details leaving you with a dirty location and sad experience.
