Giving 5 starts would mean everything is perfect and I can't really say that. Very close though. The package situation and not always getting a code is very annoying. Especially when your timing is bad and every time you go down stairs there is no one at the desk. I actually had a problem receiving a package that had to be signed for. Other than that, the staff is great, the apartments are great, the amenities and location are great. December 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.com3rd time submitting: I find the lack of acknowledgment & action regarding these complaints appalling. The only contact I received was related to a complaint about one of your staff members & while the behaviors have slightly improved, nothing else changed. Traffic Management - Despite the presence of towing signs: What steps are being taken to have the tenant whose customers are causing the congestion assist in controlling the traffic? Why must other tenants suffer due to the failure to manage a ...single tenant's customer traffic? - Was a traffic study conducted before this tenant moved in? If not, is one planned now? Package Room Management - The condition of the package rooms is unacceptable & constitutes a failure of service. In my industry, service failures of this magnitude would lead to tenants withholding rent. - Is it not the responsibility of the Front Desk staff to maintain order in the package room? My apartment is very comfortable, the amenities are top notch, and the staff are extremely responsive and thoughtful. The neighborhood is full of useful resources so most everything I need is within convenient walking distance. And, perhaps my favorite part, is that the apartments are pet friendly so I've met some truly excellent four-legged friends!!Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comTRAFFIC!!!!!! I would recommend this building except for the TRAFFIC! Not only does the management company do NOTHING. I have told other people to look elsewhere because traffic issue entering/exiting the complex and management has done NOTHING to make those already living at McHenry row feel like they are valued as tenants.
