May 5, 2025The staff at McKenzie go above and beyond. I had to change my move in date to earlier date and Hailey was empathetic and kind and made this happen. Pierre went above and beyond when my packages began arriving before I did. Pierre and Haley really made a difference in my move in experience. January 3, 2025I do not recommend living at McKenzie. We have lived here 4 years and have seen things go down dramatically. Not worth the money to live in a community that smells like trash, with one amenity space (the 40th floor), a rooftop area that has zero outdoor seating 6 months out of the year, a spa with a jacuzzi that is consistently down, and a maintenance supervisor that never prioritizes the issues in your unit or community. It took 8 months for us to get our door fob fixed.Property Manager Responded

Great Concierge Team!
January 30, 2023I work for a moving company and we deal with a lot of different types of people. On the client side of things and on the concierge side. While working in McKenzie moving in a client it was great to work with the McKenzie staff! One of the maintenance guys, Shandon, was very helpful with the logistics of the move.
