August 14, 2025Property management could do more to take care of the property. The community could do more to modernize the community. Also maintenance could do better with communicating to residents on when they’re coming and communicating on requests and follow through. August 11, 2025Great job on the renovations. I really like the place, but the walls and floors apparently have no insulation. The neighbor above me is very loud; she stays awake making noise every night until between 1:30 and 3 am. I have to get up for work by 6am. It is hard to have a good attitude about living here when I get no sleep!Property Manager Responded

May 31, 2025Great Experience being here in Meadows brook preserve in Naples. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained, with updated appliances and decent soundproofing. The amenities like the gym, pool, and clubhouse are clean and rarely overcrowded.
