December 8, 2025While it is an older place without a clubhouse to rent, no jacuzzi, and limited weight room hours, it is very quiet no loud parties that I have heard, with beautiful big trees and next to a preserve, the office staff is super nice, and they are always very responsive to fix needed repairs. Also it is in a great location in North Naples, close to many good shops and beaches.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2025My son and I have been living here since October 2022. It is very convenient, close to everything. The staff is great, especially Alex, very bubbly. The maintenance is great too. October 3, 2025From the moment we set foot in the office we were greeted with smiles and positivity. Both Sayra and Alex took the time to offer us refreshments, to get to know us and then to understand what exactly it was that we were looking for. When we toured the apartments I was shocked at how peaceful and quiet everything was! The pool was clean and beautiful, the entire office smelled excellent and both units we were shown had brand new appliances and carpet. We knew this was the place for us. Not only ...was the application process smooth and quick, but we had an answer the very next day. We are so excited to be living at Meadown Brook Preserve:)Property Manager Responded

Also maintenance could do better with communicating to residents on when they’re coming and communicating on requests and follow through. August 11, 2025Great job on the renovations. I really like the place, but the walls and floors apparently have no insulation. The neighbor above me is very loud; she stays awake making noise every night until between 1:30 and 3 am. I have to get up for work by 6am.
