Not happy with the swimming pool. Still no lounge chairs and the gazebo has torn cushions. When I went swimming Saturday a light that was in the swimming pool was hanging on the edge of the pool deck. No very safe I’m thinking! I/ we pay a lot of money to be in this community our amenities should be taken care of.

The amenities such as the clubhouse, pool and gym are always accessible, everyone at Meadow Brook is friendly and has a sense of community. At the same time, the staff is absolutely incredible! I’ve lived here for several years and the decline has been noticeable. It’s advertised as “luxury apartments,” but the experience doesn’t match. Ongoing issues with maintenance and zero communication. Pool furniture has been gone for months, and the pool was closed for an extended time. Valet trash is inconsistent at best, the grounds are not well maintained, and there has been no pest control for months while still being charged for it. While it is an older place without a clubhouse to rent, no jacuzzi, and limited weight room hours, it is very quiet no loud parties that I have heard, with beautiful big trees and next to a preserve, the office staff is super nice, and they are always very responsive to fix needed repairs. Also it is in a great location in North Naples, close to many good shops and beaches.
