October 3, 2025From the moment we set foot in the office we were greeted with smiles and positivity. Both Sayra and Alex took the time to offer us refreshments, to get to know us and then to understand what exactly it was that we were looking for. When we toured the apartments I was shocked at how peaceful and quiet everything was! The pool was clean and beautiful, the entire office smelled excellent and both units we were shown had brand new appliances and carpet. We knew this was the place for us. Also maintenance could do better with communicating to residents on when they’re coming and communicating on requests and follow through. August 11, 2025Great job on the renovations. I really like the place, but the walls and floors apparently have no insulation. The neighbor above me is very loud; she stays awake making noise every night until between 1:30 and 3 am. I have to get up for work by 6am. May 31, 2025Great Experience being here in Meadows brook preserve in Naples. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained, with updated appliances and decent soundproofing. The amenities like the gym, pool, and clubhouse are clean and rarely overcrowded.
