Remote worker...better think twice
June 26, 2024So out of the blue Sharp Management decided to switch internet/TV providers from Citinet (awesome service no outages over last year) to Optimum (3 days without service) screwing the residents who are remote workers. They tell us to call Optimum and Optimum gives the same there is an outage in your area and there is no ETA. So before you decide on this community, decide how important internet is to you and your livelihood. May have to break lease before it is over.Property Manager Responded
