They Love Pets
January 27, 2022This is a wonderful place to live. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The maintenance is prompt and thorough. The neighbors are great. Everyone keeps to themselves, but are always ready to lend a hand. I have always felt safe here. The apartments are large and so are the windows. My apartment is flooded with sunlight, and there are lovely trees blossoming in the Spring. The best part of living here is that they are very pet friendly. Great Neighborhood
January 19, 2022I have lived here with my son for almost 8 years. Everyone in the office and maintenance are super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, and definitely safe for children. They have a dedicated area for dogs, as well as a nice playground.Property Manager Responded

Awesome place to live
October 11, 2019I am coming up on my one year here at Meadow Creek. I have really enjoyed living her getting to know my neighbors and the staff that work here. While getting to know my neighbors I realized that Meadow Creek do great at retention of residences. They even have a great referral program and I have personally referred two friends so far. I honestly think if with the great neighborhood, and neighbors they staff here are what makes this community so great. They know the residency that live in the ...community and able to connect not just the maintenance people but the staff in the office as well.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to live

September 24, 2018My fiance and I recently moved back to MD from FL. We have lived in a couple different apartments but Meadow Creek Apartments so far is the best! The size of the apartments are very spacious with gray carpet which gives the apartment a much cleaner feeling. We have 2 dogs, this community is pet friendly which is very important to us as our animals are family. There is plenty of grounds to walk the dogs on and there is even a dog park! Laundry is not inside individual apartments but it is ...conveniently located on the second floor of each building. This is the best value you can find in the area. Aside from the apartments themselves, management is wonderful and very attentive. They work hard to make sure us residents are taken care of and happy. They also hold events for the residents every now and again. The day we arrived, they were actually having an ice cream social. The had drinks, hot dogs, and ice cream. Loving it so far!
March 5, 2018Am absolutely loving my apartment so far! Just recently moved in with my kids and am super close to the playground which I love! The apartments are super clean and extremely spacious. I have a 3 bedroom and was not imagining an apartment to be as big for a 3 bedroom as my apartment actually is. The large windows allow tons of natural light where as to save electricity.
