October 6, 2019We've lived here for 2 and a half years the location is good, quiet, hidden, safe, staff is helpful and maintenance is quick to respond to maintenance calls. Neighbors keep to themselves and are respectful. Complex feels safe and clean. Everyone in the complex seems to be cool and easy to get along with. There are no amenities but the atmosphere is nice and kepted up with. A special shout out to Tiffeny in the office, for always being friendly and taking good care of us and Lee the ...maintenance guy, for always making sure that any problems are completely taken care of in a timely manner. Wonderful and Serene Place to Call Home
May 16, 2019I was a resident of Meadow Creek twice! It was so peaceful I had a do over. The 2nd time I stayed for 3 years until I moved out of state. But if you are looking for a beautiful space, full of greenery and vibrancy then you will have it all with these Townhomes, your neighbors well of course they are like family especially if yours is far away! Not Worth the Money
September 4, 2018Cons: Mice infestation in multiple apartments last few years 2017/18 and is still a yucky and ongoing issue even when pest control comes out… also no fitness, business or laundry facility. Pros: Good manager in Tiffeny and good maintenance man in Lee.Review from Apartments.com
Private quiet community, I’m happy
August 31, 2018I love my apartment. I moved to Meadow Creek in June. Tiffany, is so easy going and down to earth. The application process was a breeze. I came in on a Tuesday and moved in that Saturday. The community is quiet the scenic views of the woods are nice. I do wish there were more ammenties. Nice Place
January 14, 2018Nice place to live. I live in a townhouse and I like the space. 2 rooms, 1.5 baths. Big open kitchen, decent living room size,bed room and bathroom size. Balcony and patio are nice to have but the other buildings being so close make me feel like I'm being watched. Small fenced area for dogs, but its thick wood-chips, no pool, no gym. Nothing exciting about this place but it is affordable and an abundance of space.Review from Apartments.com
