March 17, 2026I moved here a few months ago and I am very happy with the apartment and community. The property was updated and it's very nice inside, clean and quiet. Don’t be fooled…
October 18, 2022Black mold in multiple apartments, one building should be condemned. Untouched exterior improvements. Original cabinetry from 1978. They slap new paint on the walls and maybe lay some laminate floors. New owner hires new management agency and jacks rent up almost double! Renter bewareProperty Manager Responded
February 22, 2023Hello, I am sorry that you have had this experience at Forest Park. Since new management has taken over, we are actively in the renovation process which does take time. With that, we have added all new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, light fixtures, appliances and more to almost 20 units. We will also be doing exterior work when the weather permits as well as adding an amenities center to the property that will include a pool, fitness center, dog park, play ground, and more.
