Great Place To Live
July 7, 2025I moved into Meadow Lakes in April 2025, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was met with warmth and professionalism. The staff, especially the leasing manager, are absolutely amazing always welcoming with open arms and genuinely happy to assist. Working in Hospitality Hotel Management, I know firsthand what great service looks and feels like and the Meadow Lakes team exceeds expectations. They made my move-in experience smooth ...and stress-free, guiding me every step of the way to make sure I found the perfect home. Although my work schedule keeps me busy and I don’t get to enjoy the amenities as much as I’d like, I can honestly say the amenities here are top-tier. From the tech-savvy features like the smart front door lock, AC system, Amazon Room, and fitness center, to the beautiful pool area everything is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. The community is quiet, clean, and peaceful, which I truly appreciate. My one-bedroom apartment fits me perfectly, and what you see online is exactly what you get no surprises, just quality and comfort. Outstanding lease and maintenance team
April 18, 2023A few months ago my husband and I renewed our lease with Meadow Lakes apts for a 2nd year. We moved from out of state to Naples. We were planning to move to Cape Coral so we searched apartments around there. We visited Naples on a whim on an afternoon and decided to move to Naples instead. The next morning we stopped by Meadow Lakes office. Chelsea, the manager showed us an apartment that was available and we applied for it. Chelsea was very professional, she welcomed all our questions and her ...calm demeanor helped us with our decision to move to Meadow Lakes. The apartments are 1 mile away from Publix & Aldi and the beach is maybe 6 miles away. The apartments are not new, but they are very well maintained. I go for walks and I’ve seen that a carpet was being replaced, a different apartment was being painted and I’ve seen a crew of ladies cleaning. An apartment close by recently got brand new washer and dryer installed. The grass is cut regularly and they do preventative spray for pest control. We live in a downstairs apartment and we have never had any issues. The upstairs neighbor is nice, the maintenance guys are always quick to fix anything, very polite and friendly. background checks are inaccurate
October 11, 2021I’m writing this review to share my experience with my application at Meadow Lakes Apartments in Naples Florida. My wife and I make well into six-figure income, have average credit and have an excellent rental history for the past eight years. We were denied because of their background service company in Atlanta Georgia. Their background screening is the worst company that they could possibly use. Their information is grossly inaccurate and completely unfair to prospective residents. I’ve never ...written a review like this for anything that I can remember but I feel we were treated so poorly during the application process that I had to share it so that others don’t have to go through the same situation as we did. Without going into details their information is incomplete and wrong. It cost my wife and myself $150 for the application fee plus $199 to hold the unit that we were applying for. They claim that they will refund the $199 fee in 7+ business days and I hope they do the right thing but I’m not so sure they will do to their unethical business practices. The property is beautiful the apartments are adequate but there’s many other communities to choose from if you don’t mind being on a waiting list for a unit. My wife and I have had several background checks in the past 10 years including one federal background check for positions at a casino where we worked. It amazes me that an second rate apartment community does a background check and denies our application. It’s very frustrating especially during this time that it’s very difficult to find housing when you’re relocating for a job in South Florida. So, choose your community wisely because they won’t refund the application fee and any fees to hold an apartment during the process.Property Manager Responded

I can assure you we follow all guidelines and credit practices as we are a National company. Through each application process, we require income verification, background screening and landlord/rental history. This is submitted through our 3rd party screening company and information would come back that is on each applicants screening/background/credit. Should anything be inaccurate or need a dispute, we would strongly encourage you to reach out to the company in which we provide a phone number and copy of credit screening for. Perfect apartment in Naples FL
July 17, 2018I recently was going to relocate down to Naples FL from Illinois and I spent about 2 weeks down here looking for an apartment for myself. I had the hardest time finding somewhere that would not only answer the phone but that would also spend time with me showing me. Meadow Lakes definitely stood out the lady showing me around was super helpful and everyone else in the office was super nice and friendly as well! RENEWING MY LEASE TODAY
July 16, 2018I've lived in Naples FL for the past 6 years and I have lived here at Meadow Lakes for 2 years now and I absolutely LOVE it here. Any issues I have in the apartment gets taken care of super quick and on top of that the office staff always calls me to make sure it was done and to see if I have any other issues.
