Meadow + Main was great under the original management, with strong communication, community events, and a caring atmosphere. After management changed, my experience declined significantly. Communication and resident events became worse, and the community no longer felt resident-focused.
Although it advertises itself as pet-friendly, I found the pet policies and ESA accommodation process difficult and stressful. The accommodation process was handled through PetScreening, including contacting my ...
doctor for additional information, and I struggled to get direct communication.
Overall, based on my experience with the current management, I would not recommend Meadow + Main, particularly to residents with pets, ESAs, or disability-related accommodation needs.

We do want to clarify that Meadow Main utilizes a third-party pet policy provider, OurPetPolicy, to assist with the review and documentation process for pet-related requests and accommodations. This process is designed to help ensure that requests are reviewed consistently and in accordance with applicable requirements. While a third party may be involved in gathering and reviewing documentation, we understand that the process can feel frustrating or impersonal, and we’re sorry that was your experience.
