November 19, 2024I lived here for 2 years (between 2022 - 2024) and moved out of state, for over 3 months now, hence can share my experience with no strings attached. The Facility Manager - Nate and staff - DeAngelo (fondly called World's Greatest DeAngelo) were phenomenal. They exhibited high level of professionalism, empathy and service. Maintenance requests were speedily handled. I had awesome neighbors who became like family to me. August 23, 2024Great apartment The apartment was great. Maintenance was always quick to resolve our issues and the property was always well kept. The only thing we can really complain about was a lack of washer / dryer (and the fact that the on site facilities were always lackluster, but that was mostly due to college students that don't know how to do laundry. Additionally, I wish there was more of the apartment that didn't have carpet. Stepping directly from the outside onto carpet is not great.Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2024No A/C, no problem! The day we moved in we noticed the A/C wasn’t working. It was so hot, and from my past experience at an apartment complex, I expected to be miserable for many days if not weeks! But the very day we realized, maintenance came and put in a portable unit! Then, the next business day, they came and fixed it super quick! They even came back later to make sure it was still working and remove the portable unit! We are very happy with how fast it went and I am excited to be living ...here! Thank you!Property Manager Responded
