June 3, 2024I recently moved in may 2024 and I can say this apartment is a nice place to call home they are close to everything good food spots the beach and shopping Elena the property manager is very responsive and always on top of any work orders put in the place is well maintained and if you have a dog there are poop bag stations everywhere you turn plus the neighbors are very quiet and you’ll hardly see anyoneReview from Apartments.com

BLACK MOLD ASTHMA
July 25, 2022THIS APARMTENT COMPLEX HAS BLACK MOLD! My son and I got asthma because of black mold and the dr told us to check our apartment. There was black mold all in one wall next to the AC. We are now sick because of this. There is mold in the vents to. They kept my deposit to.Review from Apartments.com

July 8, 2021I am very impressed of the value added by staff and management. First, I feel lucky to have a second floor, corner apt. I am very happy that we have consistent monthly pest control. Frequent and regular landscaping, tenants are screened. I live in a building with blue collar responsible people. I thoroughly enjoy the clean and maintained pool area. I always do recommend living here to people. I am a happy renter going on 4 years. Any issues that I have are resolved promptly with ...professionalism.
