The staff here at Meadow Ridge is exceptional! The landscaping and pool area is just beautiful. They are pet friendly and have short, 3 month leases, which is exactly what we needed.The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious with tons of storage. The windows do need to be replaced due to a broken seal, however I have been assured this issue will be taken care of.
Bonus! It is right by Dodd staduim and during the season you can see the fireworks displays and faintly hear the fans enjoying the ...
game!

These apartments are great for anyone who wants to live in a quiet area that is not too removed from the main roads. The residents are very friendly and respectful of one another and the staff makes an effort to connect with each of the tenants. If you have any problems, you can report them to the main office and they take care of it right away. Meadow Ridge has been my home for almost 2 years and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I pride myself as being a model tenant to show how grateful I am to call this home. From the moment I moved in I felt welcome and safe. Carrie and Tania in the office are probably two of the most caring and understanding people I know. I always know that if I hit a bump in the road I can rely on them to help me out as much as they can and also be there just to talk. They helped me out so much this ...
past year when I had to move from my 1 bedroom apartment into a 2 bedroom so I could remove my mom for an unhealthy situation and become her sole caregiver while she once again began the journey to fight cancer, I was beyond stressed but they did everything in their power to help me and my mom get settled. No words will ever describe once again how grateful I am to either of them and also the rest of the staff here for all their time and patience that they put in everyday to make not just me but all tenants feel safe and welcome. I hope that I will be able to continue to call this my home for a long time. And when and if I ever leave and move somewhere else I will always remember how wonderful this place is and will always encourage others to consider making this place their home as well.

I have lived here for just shy of 2 years and i love it!! The staff is caring and will work with you if there is an issue. Carrie and Tonya in the office are THE BEST! They are easy to talk to and they take the time to get to know the tenants. Maintance crew is the best! Quick to respond no matter what time day or night and they are very trustworthy! Grounds , laundry room and pool area are immaculate and the up keep of the property is pristine!
