January 4, 2019Lived here for a good while years. Maintenance took FOREVER to come and fix your issues. Ladies at the office we’re rude and snobby. Neighbors smoked weed and cigarettes in the apartment. Walls would drip yellow liquid because the neighbors would smoke. Old people like to sit at the mailboxes and laundry mat all day or walk and stand in the middle of the parking lot. Office does NOT inforce parking rules. Did not end up getting my deposit back after I spent days cleaning the apartment, including ...wiping down walls. But I had heard of that being a frequent thing.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Apartments with Shady management
July 31, 2017Our first sign that we should not live here should have been when they would not allow us to see the unit we would be living in before signing a lease. We were given a dirty, falling apart apartment after being told they were remodeling before we moved in. Since moving in we have had several issues and they do not want to fix them. Recently someone tried to break into our apartment and they refuse to fix the door or replace the lock. We also have major electrical issues that are serious fire ...hazards. This place is not safe and should probably be shut down.Property Manager Responded

Cedar Heights Apartments
August 8, 2015Nice for the price. Master bedroom is spacious. Maintenance answers problem calls in a timely manner. All the staff I have interacted with is friendly and polite. Pretty quite for being close to the circle. No bug problems. Water, cable, sewer, garbage included in the rent. I do wish there pool would open earlier and close later than it does. It could use a face lift. The outside is looking a little rundown. But according to management that is coming soon. They are very good at handling problem ...tenants.
