May 20, 2021We've lived in our roomy three bedroom, two bathroom apartment for years. We have a corner location, so enjoy a kitchen window above the sink. Pam is a super on-site manager. Perfect place for a family
May 28, 2018I lived there for almost two years. Pros: spacious apartment Kitchen island Mesmerizing sunrise view Balcony with nice view All bathrooms have bathtubs Washer and dryer in seperaye laundry room. Dishwasher Manager Pamela is highly responsive to any inquiry or problem. Across the street from walmart, 10 mins to the mall& downtown. Seperate private garage. Newly built and excellent maintenance. Friendly neighbors Affordable rent including water and internet. Discounts for military and trinity ...employees. Cons Severe cold but thats everywhere in minot;) No gym or pool. No community room.Property Manager Responded

And... a great option for anyone who likes being close to shopping and restaurants, but still tucked away from all the traffic. In-unit washer and dryer makes doing laundry so convenient. Nestled on top of a coulee, the property also offers great views too!
