Pros: spacious apartment Kitchen island Mesmerizing sunrise view Balcony with nice view All bathrooms have bathtubs Washer and dryer in seperaye laundry room. Dishwasher Manager Pamela is highly responsive to any inquiry or problem. Across the street from walmart, 10 mins to the mall& downtown. Seperate private garage. Newly built and excellent maintenance. Friendly neighbors Affordable rent including water and internet. Discounts for military and trinity ...employees. And... a great option for anyone who likes being close to shopping and restaurants, but still tucked away from all the traffic. In-unit washer and dryer makes doing laundry so convenient. Nestled on top of a coulee, the property also offers great views too!
