we've only just moved in recently, but i already love this place. it's not too far away from main area Sioux Falls, and the unit itself is gorgeous and comfortable! There's so much space in such a small area, lots of storage places like closets, shelves, cabinets, and drawers. It feels warm. My only complaint is exactly where, because we hear a lot of traffic sounds, but otherwise this is perfect.

The place is one of the more affordable place in town with square footage ratio. Queit and relaxed place. High ceilings and wide hallways for moving. Not too many buildings and only 2 floors so it easier for moving. A few down sides like I wish management would notify tentants when there is a management change so i know who is in charge and who my rent is going to. Electricity is also pretty high, almost double compared to a regular house.i also wish that we had a place or were able to have a ...

I love living at meadow ridge- it’s quiet, the apartment itself is big and nicely renovated, management is really helpful, maintenance is always done quickly, and rent is very reasonable. I have not had any complaints about anything living here. I cannot recommend these apartments enough!

It is a decent place to live and the cost is very reasonable for the area. The new management is getting better and response pretty quickly. Maintenance is great and gets things done the same day. They are quite easy to work with.
The only issue I have are that the smokers are not considerate of others. They smoke right outside their patio doors so I can never keep my windows open or sit out on my patio to get any fresh air. The one is always opening and closing their door to go out and smoke and ...
that gets very annoying. The hallways fill with the awful smell during severe weather and other times depending on where they are smoking. There should be designated smoking areas away from the apartment buildings, as I have seen one gentleman doing. Thank you to him for doing that.

There are great things about Meadow Ridge like the amount of storage space and closets. However, there are down sides like tenants using handicap spaces like regular parking spots and tenants not respecting the no smoking rule. The manager also doesn't have regular office hours. It says that right in the lease.

I have lived here for almost 4 years. I had a 2 bedroom with a roommate, and then moved to a 1 bedroom. I also have a garage. I do wish the garages had a few shelves built in them to put things up off the floor as I am a short girl and not skilled that way. Mine is more used for storage as I don’t have shelves in this one.
I have a a few managers during my time here. The female manager was amazing. She answered promptly and cared about you as a person. If ever you had an issue or off work ...
for health she cared. She even let you know if rent needed to be split of any questions she would discuss with owner. The current manager is younger. Does not answer or acknowledge that you sent him something. Which can be more frustrating. Sending multiple messages asking if he received something such as a need for an appliance is broken when before you had an answer almost immediately when someone would be there. It maybe his first gig at management. Once I did tell him it would be nice for an answer or acknowledgement it is better..
The apartment is great! The build is great. I hardly ever hear my neighbors, the occasional vacumn. Some walls are paper thin, but these make you feel like home!

I’ve lived at the meadow apartments complex for almost a year now. The complex is quiet, relaxing and in a comfortable location. I personally love how the bathroom is connected to both my bedroom and living room. The property management is great and the living room space is much bigger than other apartments living room.
