Meadow Ridge is a multi-family living community located in Pewaukee, WI. We have a 58-unit two story Apartment building with a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. Unit amenities include granite counter tops , stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and ceiling fans. Apartment building common area amenities include a large community room with food preparation area, large flat screen television, and a fireplace; adjacent to the community room is an outdoor patio area with a propane grill for outdoor barbecues. Meadow Ridge also has a 12-unit Townhouse building with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom units. All units have 2 1/2 baths consisting of a 1/2 bath on the lower living area and two full baths within the second floor bedroom area. Unit amenities include granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and ceiling fans. Townhouse building residents have access to the apartment building amenities, including a business center and exercise room. Meadow Ridge offers secure entry access, an elevator for second floor access, a business center, an exercise room, emergency sprinkler system, indoor trash room, indoor mail access, heated underground parking, We are a Section 42 Tax Credit Community. All applicants must qualify for rental occupancy based on annual household income amounts. Impressed! Too Bad I Cant Get In!!!!!
December 2, 2022I spoke to a person at this property and was very impressed by their professionalism! She helped me understand how the Section 42 program works. This property is extremely nice and one of the things that didnt surprise me at all was but really stood out to me was that they are at full occupancy and that the current waitlist at their property is at 800!!!!!!!!!!!!! How Can That Even Be Possible! I was so excited up to that point! What A Let Down That Was for Me!!! To say the least I am Very ...Discouraged at this point.
