This property is an excellent place to live

My first apartment and I am in love
June 5, 2023At first I was frustrated as I can never et someone on the phone. Brittany told me to email and communicate through text. After that I have been able to get a response about my concerns. The office is very busy, however all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I appreciate Brittany and maintenance for taking care of my issue asap. Moved in in 2020 and still here.
June 5, 2023Despite my bad experiences when I initially moved in. I must say that the property has improved. The gates stays close now, until recently. I express my issues and they are taking care of. I finally met the manager and she is really sweet and down to earth. I appreciate her being honest about repairs and what she can and cannot do. I love my new apartment
May 22, 2023This place and it's staff went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate the manager and how she went out her way and gave me other options. Her willingness to walk me to other units to make sure I got what I wanted was definitely one of the reason I chose to move here. After my tour I was blown away
April 20, 2023This is great apartment complex. I read reviews and was indecisive about scheduling. I drove by and the apartment was nice and looked quiet. I was able to tour several apartments. The leasing lady was not in, but the manager toured me and showed me several apartments. All were nice. She even scheduled me for a tour at the other property next door. You don't find people with that type of customer service anymore. I appreciate how she made me feel that I mattered and what I wanted mattered. April 20, 2023I was tired and frustrated when I arrived for scheduled tour. I already was ready to go before I started. I was greeted by a beautiful lady. She was coming in when I was walking in the door. Another lady was at the desk talking and more was sitting in lobby. I was about to walk out. The same lady who came in with me, followed me out and ask was everything taken care of in passing. I told her no. She stopped in her steps and asked how she could help. April 5, 2023The people in the office were very professional. The manager took us on the tour due to the leasing lady not feeling well. She was so knowledgeable of the apartments, and the styles of the floor. She showed us two apartments. She was nice and really easy to talk to and express what we really wanted. I LOVE MY APARTMENT
April 5, 2023I love this place. I am moving next month. I am relocating to Georgia from Alabama. I was amazed at the customer service the manager and the office staff gave me and my mom. Clean, Nice and Superior Customer Service
April 1, 2023I only give reviews when the service or product is awful! This visit to these apartments was the best I've had in College Park. I'm new to Ga and have not experienced the down home hospitality until I came here. The front desk lady welcomed me in and ask me to have a seat. It was very busy in lobby. I toured with Brittany and she was so sweet and down to earth. She toured me and my mom and took us to three different apartments.
