My apartment experience
January 12, 2026Meadow View East is a wonderful place to live. I have been living here since the fall of 2008. The office people are very friendly and helpful. They have the best maintenance staff I have ever had at any other apartment. If something needs fixing , you call and it gets fixed. The grounds and buildings are very well kept up and clean. It's a nice family friendly place to live. Conveniently located near highways, grocery stores and gas stations. Really enjoy living here.Review from Apartments.com
Outdated and poorly managed
October 25, 20252years now without any updates but a rent increase. Poor parking arrangements that allow others to park in front of driveways and when they completely park you in the police won’t assist and after hours manager is non existent.Review from Apartments.com
Good starting place but has some flaws
July 20, 2025Meadow View East is great if you are just starting out - be it you're a college student, moving out for the first time on your own or are new to apartment living. The staff is great and maintenance is prompt. However, unless you have a non-typical schedule, you will almost never be able to use any of the listed amenities. The indoor pool, sauna, and rec room are only open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Over the three years I lived there, the outdoor pool was only open/unlocked a total of two times. ...It was a bit of a bummer to be promised a pool and gym, yet I couldn't ever use them. Nice Apartments with great amenities
July 18, 2025I have lived at the Meadowview East apartment since 2018. The office staff are super friendly. The maintenance department is very prompt with fixing things. The rent I pay is still lower then most apartments in Green Bay. My favorite is the amenities, especially the swimming pools. Good, not a forever home but a good starter townhouse.
March 15, 2021Lived here for two years in two different townhouses. Great place, absolutely loved the ladies in the office. Townhouse parking other than your driveway is kind of awful, but having the attached garage and driveway is super worth it. I always paid rent on time and tried to be respectful to my neighbors. Anytime I had any problems, it was fixed or handled as soon as possible. I never used the amenities (pool, gym, etc.) because prior to COVID they were only open hours that I was at work for. Rent ...did go up between year one and two which is why i opted to move to a bigger until to get more for my money. I would probably still be living there, but I got married and moved into a duplex with my husband. Amazing Value and Good Experience
August 6, 2019Lived at Meadow View East for one year and had a great experience overall. The value for your money is one of the best in the entire Green Bay area. The office staff were polite, helpful, and prompt with maintenance issues. We lived in an updated 1 bedroom unit that was very nice for it's price. The biggest downside to living here was how hot our unit got in the summer time. I believe this is due to the very old windows that need to be upgraded still.
