October 7, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comWith all the rents skyrocketing in Oakland and San Francisco, finding this little bit of heaven close to BART was a miracle and then some. I left a studio apartment in a former residential hotel in Downtown Oakland, for a 1 bedroom that was clean, spacious and had a patio and working AC and Heating!!!! Boasting two steps of afterhour gated entry as well as security, I feel safe in the common areas and have been lucky to have them around for lockouts and minor apartment issues. It has been a while ...since I had a voice intercom for people to "buzz up" but this place has TWO! Having the pool and nearby fitness center in addition to the coolest apartment managers alive, I hope this is my last apartment before I buy my own- it truly is a fun place to live with a Cali vibe, KIDS everywhere and a cross-cultural mix that gets along great.Read More

My neighbors are nice and the place is very peaceful and well maintained. I love the swimming pool, gym and the trees surrounding the complex. It is very accessible, there is bus line and near BART.
