Avoid This Property: Poor Maintenance and Unsafe Conditions
June 13, 2024I strongly advise against choosing this property. It is poorly maintained both inside and outside. Here are some specific issues I've encountered: *Door kickplates are missing and they are not the same type or color, and many doors are dirty, not painted or so faded from the sun the front façade is horrible. *There is no mulching except in front of the office building, which makes the grounds look unkempt. *Maintenance requests are not responded to in a timely manner, leaving residents with ...unresolved issues for extended periods. *The dumpster is often overflowing and not emptied regularly. *The steps leading up to the dumpster are unsafe, and discarded furniture is frequently left out in the street nearby. *Blinds are broken in many units, and I’ve seen a window that was broken for weeks and only replaced with plywood. Overall, the lack of attention to maintenance and safety is very concerning. Save yourself the hassle and look for a better-maintained property.Property Manager Responded

RENTER BEWARE!!!!
February 7, 2024This place is the worst! Manger is never on site. They don’t full fill work orders. Children unsupervised and running wild damaging equipment,vehicles and whatever else they can. Dogs running around loose. The garbage bin overflowing. Ceilings in the bathroom are weak and fall.Property Manager Responded
