I have lived at Meadowbrook apartments for a little over 2 years now. For the price you pay a month, this is a no-frills apartment complex that shows its age with cracks in walls & with little amenities. When they say laundry room in each building, its one machine in the basement shared by everyone in the building and it is never cleaned, I choose to go to a local laundry mat rather then use them. The halls and basement areas look like they belong in a low end collage dorm (lights always out, ...
walls marked up, carpet stained). The "security entry system" does not work. The main door into the building doesn't lock, all you need to do is pull the door open, so anyone can enter the building at any time of day or night. It took me 3 months of complaining to get my heat/AC fixed. The only positive thing I can say about the place is there dog policy and Kayla (who is always very nice). Would I recommend this place to live, for the price you pay, no. There are far better places for the amount of money.

This apartment is a lot better than my last one. the landlord is great and we have way more room in the apartment than the last one we had and heat and hot water are included which is amazing
