This place is okay...
September 10, 2018It is not a bad place for a college apartment. The exterior is not very clean or maintained, but the inside is clean. It is very outdated with issues like the closet and blinded breaking. The kitchen cabinets are a little gross, they need to update those badly! Hopefully they do soon! There is average parking with a small pool! Overall the apartment was fine, It is the new management that I had issues with. They would never answer when called and then when I did get a hold of them, they said they ...would find out and call me back. They never called back. I had issues with my payments. August 24, 2015Okay here's the scoop, Not a bad place for your first college apartment. Clean, off street parking, POOL, usually fun neighbors. The kitchen is tiny, you aren't going to be cooking with friends in there. The place is made pretty cheaply, closet doors come off their runners, blinds don't function correctly, etc. But, this isn't a dump either don't get me wrong, the place is nice and clean and well maintained. The management is decent at fixing and addressing problems. Your bills won't run you ...much extra.
