The size and style are very comparable to market-rate apartments in the area—but at a much more affordable price. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. October 3, 2025I honestly have little to non complaints about this place. It's income restricted, so if you meet the requirements you have a nice rent payment. The building is very well kept and clean for the most part (stairwell needs some work). Has a basic, but very functional gym to use in the building. Management and Maintenance are very timely and respond to requests. Online portal is very simple. Building access feels secure with the key fob they give you. Only downside is parking can be a little tough. ...Street options are usually available, but can run out from time to time. Unfortunately only one parking spot per unit is given. I personally don't mind the street parking thou. Lastly, the mailbox and package delivery system is very nice and ez... Overall would do 4.5 stars. Lived here for 3 years, loved it!
September 24, 2025My 3 years that I lived here was actually so amazing and enjoyable. The apartments are nicely designed and look really good. The community is always calm, the building is always clean, and you constantly see the cleaners and handyman working around the complex. Maria the manager is so helpful, understanding and easy to work with. For the affordability, amenities and location this place is definitely worth checking out.
