We toured an apartment in the late afternoon and everything seemed fine. They told us no one else was applying for the apartment we were interested in. We kindly asked them to update us if there were any changes. We were about to apply in the late morning of the following day, and when we had more questions to ask them they said the application for the apartment had been approved for someone else and wasn't available anymore. Save your time and money, don't spend it on these people.

Living at Meadowbrook Village has been a delight from day one. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, the management is friendly and attentive, and the AC in my apartment keeps me comfortable year-round. The property is always well-maintained, and the amenities, from the pool to the fitness center, are fantastic. Leasing was a breeze, and I'm grateful to call this place home.

I leased an apartment here for over one and a half years and experienced faulty appliances, missing tiles in the bathtub, leaking sinks, lots of bugs, and terrible neighbors.
