Great place to live!
March 28, 2023I cannot say enough great things about Meadowbrook! I’ve lived there for 2 years but unfortunately due to work, had to relocate. Amy and her staff were beyond helpful and accommodating of me. The maintenance staff here are excellent. Any time I had an issue, which was rare, it was handled with professionalism. By far one of the best places I’ve lived in a while and recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet and a beautiful townhome setting with a fantastic property team!Property Manager Responded

I love it here!
September 12, 2022I have lived in other apartment complexes but this one is by far the best! Amy in the office is professional and personable. The grounds are well taken care of and clean. The maintenance guys are always on point. Hector and his crew are always ready to fix any problem right away! I have lived here around 5 years and only had one problem. My water heater broke, called the office. I had a new water heater installed the same day! I would recommend Meadowbrook apartments to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Hung up on me
July 8, 2022I've tried to call a couple of times just to ask about availability. I actually haven't spoken a word to them, because they'll ask me to hold right away and then I get to hear some music before the call gets ended. If that's the service you get as a potential customer, I can't imagine how residents are treated.Property Manager Responded

Poorly managed
June 10, 2022Nice place to live but I feel I should warn future residents. Maintenance is sloppy and it is clear they don’t care about the job, that is when they show up at the agreed upon time. Have to contact multiple times to get any problems fixed such as simply changing a lightbulb in the spotlight of a building so I could see at night. After a year of living there my rent was raised $200 and I had to move out. Since moving out, I still have not received my security deposit and it’s been two weeks past ...the 30 days agreed on in the lease. Finally, after emailing and calling many times, I was told it was “in the pile to be sent out”. I also had issues canceling my electricity and needed management to call or to give me proof from them of my move out date. After a few rude email exchanges, they stopped responding. Rude Management Team
July 21, 2020I called the Meadowbrook Village team about 4 times to try and get in contact with a property manager so I could talk about availability. Each time I was met with the call being transferred to a woman who sounded very indifferent who took down my name and phone number. I was away from my phone when the manager called me back but I immediately called back and then.. nothing crickets. I had my partner call them to see if he could get through, he spoke to the manager who said "we're all rented out ...right now." and then hung up on him before he could say anything. Very rude, don't recommend trying to live here.Property Manager Responded

Management Team is very poor.
July 2, 2020A very nice place to stay and I like me apartment. Me and my mum moved in March 2020. The only thing which bothers me here, is the Management team not co-operating with their residents. When we moved in here, they told us that everything in the house is being newly fixed and installed. To this, we never thought that our heater/Ac unit would stop working just after 15 days. I could smell some chemical leaking from the unit and it was very dangerous. I called the Maintenance team and they told me ...not to use it until they fix it and since it was still cold, they gave us 3 small fans. One of the maintenance person told me that they will fix it within a month as they will have to order new parts of the unit and it will take time during the corona virus situation. I completely understood the situation and said okay that's fine. I'm writing this review today 07/02/2020 Thursday, after completely losing my patience because its still NOT FIXED. Also, when asked about it multiple times to maintenance and to the person in office, they were not giving proper responses and were very RUDE to me. In my room upstairs, I found many nails in the carpet which I told them to come and fix it, but they never came and the person in office when I called her, made an excuse that they came and fixed it and started arguing with me and hung up the phone. (The person really needs to work on her customer service skills). I mean I'm not blind, I can see people coming and going out of my house. To this, she said your house is never open and nobody is at the house. Seriously? Is she keeping an eye on my house? If she is, let me tell her that she is not good at this.Property Manager Responded
