Poor Service, affordable rent

This being our 1st apartment we rent out, has been an experience we will not forget. Their pricing are affordable, with heat, water and gas included but keep in mind it is all controlled. Our first winter here, at night our heat is cut off and we have to use our own heater to keep our home warm. It kind of defeats the purpose of free heat. Their office services, with some similar faces in the office, I do not feel as though they treat every single tenant with the same form of "willingness". I get ...
there's many units and people who are interested in moving in or resigning their leases, but first and foremost DO NOT set an expectation where you tell a tenant you'll call them the next day and 5 days later I still do not get a call from anyone in the office. We've been living here for 10 months and we want to continue to live here and bring business and keep referring people to live here, but when you get the run around and no one seems to want to help you, you just get frustrated. It would be very appreciated that the staff in the office treat everyone like they are a new applicant and always be willing to help answer questions, not brush them off cause you had a long day and want to go home.
