Renters Reviews and Ratings
Not a bad facility but the landlord is intolerable
June 12, 2019The apartment was nice for the price we paid. I lived there with a roommate for almost a year and didn’t have many problems until about 3/4 of the way through our lease. You’re neighbors will most likely be the same age as your grandparents but that usually means the place is quite unless they are hard of hearing like the ones that lived under us. They were up at weird hours yelling to each other from different rooms and blaring the tv. We never complained because it’s not their fault for having ...hearing issues but it came as a surprise when we got a call from the landlord telling us that they were complaining about our noise level. We were rarely home to begin with, working full time and going to school. Another surprise came when we were told that our significant others were spending too much time at the apartment even though they only spend the amount of nights they were allowed to, which was disclosed in the lease. We told them they could check by looking at the cameras on the property but since those are NON FUNCTIONAL we were out of luck. Come to find out the landlord just wanted us out of the place early so he could redo the kitchen and jack up the price for the next renters. I confronted him about this and he did not deny it. BEWARE OF HE SHADY LANDLORD.Property Manager Responded
June 15, 2019We offer a quality place to live. This tenant did not pay rent due or follow lease rules. This tenant was not respectful to other tenants in the building. Not truthful statements by a tenant that moved out in the middle of the night without paying rent overdue. Tony Ferrentino, Owner-Operator 716-694-9989
