February 9, 2022We lived here for two years, clean, safe, everybody that works in the office were so friendly and quick to help with maintenance issues they were amazing with everything that we needed from moving into moving out definitely a good place to live. Vo-Property Manager Responded

The place was Great!
July 27, 2021I was here a year. Everything was smooth from application to approval. The ladies in office were nice. The gentlemen doing maintenance helpful and always came when I needed something to be done. All in all, I would definitely rent here again in the future.Property Manager Responded

Mostly good things
May 23, 2020Management is great! They are friendly and helpful. They are easy to get a hold of. Work orders are quickly taken care of. This complex has the best parking I have seen in an apartment complex. I almost never struggle to find a place to park. My one gripe is that it advertises being cat friendly, not dog friendly, yet there are people here who have dogs. One of the things that made it attractive to live here was not having dogs everywhere, barking, etc. But recently I see people walking small ...dogs and can hear them barking. I've even seen them kept on patios. Management should enforce their pet policy of 2 CATS and no dogs. Otherwise this is a nice place and I highly recommend it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible management
August 1, 2017Lived here 7 years. Office doesnt look out for people. My truck was stolen and the only four neighbors I knew had a car stolen also. Mailbox was compromised and removed, my bank account was compromised.Review from Apartments.com
Not bad for first place
January 7, 2016The staff is friendly enough. Its location is pretty nice. For our first place its not a bad spot. No dogs allowed though and the "Park" is def not something I want my kids playing on.Review from Apartments.com
OK for what u pay for
August 19, 2015Apartment is closed to many places especially the 91 fwy. Everyone who used 91 fwy knows what a horrible fwy it is but there are many streets surrounding these apartments. They are clean and come with washer and dryer a big plus. Close to many schoolsReview from Apartments.com
