Living conditions
May 27, 2025The office manager Mona Smith does all she can to make you feel welcome here. The upper management is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude!!!!! Maintenance never properly fixes anything!!!! The parking is horrible. Everyone but the tenants have somewhere to park! The pipes leak badly, the air conditioner only works half the time! My apartment has mold and the tile lifts off floor due to the leaks behind the wall! The apartment was filthy when we moved in and when shown to management, we ...were promised something off of our rent because we had to clean the apartment, top to bottom upon moving in,but we never received any compensation! October 20, 2024But the lack of security is what really does it for me. I had two of my vehicles broke into last night. They also stole my sons mini bike. I suggest more lighting and maybe an on staff security guard. I mean the complex is huge and it wouldn't put a dent in your profits for the year.Property Manager Responded

Parking is horrible here!
December 11, 2018There is not assigned parking here and parking is horrible!!! It's first come, first served regardless of whether you live here or not. People park anywhere and everywhere, regardless of whether it's a parking slot or not and regardless of whether they're blocking someone in. Tenants are also allowed to keep more vehicles than tenants per apartment (the apartment below me had 2 tenants but 4 cars for over a year.
