May 19, 2016Horrible, Old apartments, old appliances, old windows, expensive electricity bills (paid $500 electric bills in winter for a one bedroom). Bad managers ( husband and wife hard to deal with). Stay away. It is just old mobile houses connected together and priced as if an elegant apartment. I will not recommend for my best enemy. I am living happily in another newer elegant community for the same price. My electric bills now are much much much lessProperty Manager Responded
July 23, 2017Management works very hard to address resident issues. Unfortunately we can't resolve all. During apartment preparation, maintenance checks to insure proper fit of doors and windows, clean a/c filters, settings for water heater etc. All those items that can impact the efficiency of an all electric apartment. The resident elects the temperature setting for the apartment and the use of other appliances. Our Resident Managers requested several times that this resident tone down the loudness of his vehicle exhaust system, which bothered his neighbors. We are pleased that he is happy living elsewhere.

this is one of best places I have seen
June 29, 2014Even thou I haven't moved there yet, do to present lease not up yet, as soon as I can I will. The place seems quit even been close to maple avenue. Even thou I am not a community laundry room fan I was impressed by how clean it was and the newer washers and dryers. The Apartments them selves seemed clean and big enough but not to big. And there is lots of storage spaceReview from Apartments.com
