Horrible, Old apartments, old appliances, old windows, expensive electricity bills (paid $500 electric bills in winter for a one bedroom). Bad managers ( husband and wife hard to deal with). Stay away. It is just old mobile houses connected together and priced as if an elegant apartment. I will not recommend for my best enemy. I am living happily in another newer elegant community for the same price. My electric bills now are much much much less

Management works very hard to address resident issues. Unfortunately we can't resolve all. During apartment preparation, maintenance checks to insure proper fit of doors and windows, clean a/c filters, settings for water heater etc. All those items that can impact the efficiency of an all electric apartment. The resident elects the temperature setting for the apartment and the use of other appliances.
Our Resident Managers requested several times that this resident tone down the loudness of his vehicle exhaust system, which bothered his neighbors. We are pleased that he is happy living elsewhere.
Our pet fee is non-refundable and pet rent is per month. There is a late fee ond $2/day.
