Looks Are Deceiving!!
December 1, 2021When I first came here from Las Vegas to work at Suitland High School, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious apartments here. I also can say that Sydnee is the best. She worked hard and fast to get me squared away. She is very personable and makes others feel comfortable. I hope that with the new Management, she will stay and that things transition smoothly.Property Manager Responded

Don’t move here
May 7, 2021I lived here for about two years and the amount of chaos I experienced made this the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Roaches, mice and spider crickets. Yes I said spider crickets. They eat carpet, they release this foul odor and they jump at you when you try to spray them. They can also leave really bad bites. Look it up. I had an infestation of them because the apartments are old and they refuse to renovate. They just send out some guy who pretends to be an exterminator but just just sprays ...like some raid around the perimeter and all the bugs come back again. Mice I even had a raccoon get trapped in a vent above my head in my bedroom. It knocking around trying to get out at 3 am because I had the heat on high. The complex said nothing about it just hired ppl to clear the trees. I had my packages stolen for an entire year and was yelled at by a front desk worker because she didn’t not want the mailman dropping my packages at the office to be safe. When I asked why I’m paying thousands of dollars in rent and I can’t even trust that my packages won’t be stolen at my complex I was told I need to pay and get a P.O. Box at the post office. Police are always in the parking lot. It’s impossible to find parking. It’s just not worth the entire headache this place is. It’s nothing like what they show on the imagesProperty Manager Responded

No good property
September 26, 2015I live in Lexington court now and they are the worst property to live! I been here just turning 4 months and I came with nothing to the apartment but my flat screen TV and they have me a mouse and roach infested apartment... the people working in the office they're names are Jacuhra , Brittany and Sue they act nice in you face and when you tell them multiple things are wrong with your apartment the will not fix itReview from Apartments.com
