September 22, 2016The Andy the landlord own several apartment complexes in Celina. He is a horrible landlord. Won't fix things. Ex boyfriend lived in is Farmview apartments and he refused to fix his refrigerator for 6 months. The fridge had such a loud squeal you couldn't sleep. You could hear it through out the entire apartment. He has been known to evict people at will, for no real reason. He has had the cops called on him for grab two kids roughly by the arm. He has also been caught in a tenants apartment with ...out 48 hour notice and no just cause. He has a high turnover rate in his apartments. There is a reason people don't stay. Also at the Meadowview apartments you are forced to use Watch Communication cable company due to some deal he has with them. It is extremely expensive and has poor quality.
