April 2, 2024The walls are so thin. You can hear every conversation the people are having under you so i can just imagine what being on the bottom sounds like. They move in college kids that are very loud, and have parties almost every night. Something needs to be said.Property Manager Responded

The slums of Pennsville
December 4, 2018I have lived here for 3 years. I have never lived anywhere else that was this bad. If you have any maintenance issues, be prepared for them to be ignored. The manager is a joke, her maintenance workers are her friends. Who have no practical experience. They not only dont do their job, they don't know how to do their job. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
