March 3, 2023This place is awful. Anytime you need maintenance it’s a joke to get them to fix anything. My heat is having problems and it’s been almost a year and it’s still not fixed. Management doesn’t care all they care about is collecting rent.Review from Apartments.com
Damp, Musty smell
March 3, 2023First walking into the building it smells of heavy water damage. Makes sense all flooring was replaced in the upstairs apartment, but nothing in their description says “some of the 1 bdrm have an “open concept””. In addition, the apartment is missing closet doors (not sure if they will install new/different ones since they can’t find similar to the old style), door knob lock was difficult to unlock, and furnace is controlled on the floor vent knob. (Open concept apartment not recommended for ...small children; furnace type not recommended for small, curious children. Agent who showed apartment was nice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE ABOUT TENETS
January 3, 2021Would never recommend living here. Will terminate you for no reason. Ive spoken to multiple local police officers about the high quantity of unfair but legal evictions. Its almost impossible to speak to a human at their management office no matter what time of day. They dont remove the snow in winter months and dont maintain public utilities (washer,dryer,ect). Getting maintenance done was almost impossible before the pandemic and only got worse. Save yourself the headache.Review from Apartments.com
