Giant rent increase every yr.
January 10, 2022lived here 4 years and my rents gone up $600 in that 4 year span. This yr it is going up a astronomical 10%. Almost $200 increase with zero justification. Was a gated community when we moved in. No longer, even removed the gates. Had apartment flooded twice by drug addict neighbors, with no help from maintance or management. Had to fight with them for 3 weeks to get apartment properly cleaned. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Move elsewhereReview from Apartments.com
Best place to call home

August 9, 2018We've lived here for 10 years. This place used to be good. Now there are people living here who are on drugs and my car was broken into and $300 stolen from me. There is a pot head who smokes pot all day and the smell is coming into my apartment where my children play. They purposely hold on to your rent check to say that its late and charge you $100 or more. The leasing office is always closed. The pool is always closed when we go because of chlorine issues. For the amount of rent that they ...charge, not worth it.Property Manager Responded

Only complaint is the superintendent, he says he will come fix a problem and won't show up for days, or weeks. Sometimes he is good but not often. September 30, 2013The cited community in the title box seems very quaint and peaceful and that is important to me as I plan to re-locate to NYat the end of the year. I was very impressed with the staff member (s) who gave me a tour of the community.The lay-out of the model apartment is very nice, warm and organized in a practical fashion for any prospective resident. I love how the grounds/trees are maintained and that the community is provided security. My sincerest hope is that an apartment will be available for ...me when it come times for me to relocate to LI, NY.
