I have been at Media Station for around 4 years now. Any issues are quickly addressed and the office is always helpful. They have great amenities like the pool and pickleball court.

This 3-story garden style apartment complex is tucked away high on the side of a hill in a quiet woodsy, residential area, overlooking the beautiful Ridley Creek Valley in Media. We are conveniently located within walking distance to great shopping, fine dining, and entertainment within the Borough of Media. The Media Station SEPTA rail is also within close walking distance, providing easy access to the city of Philadelphia. Our units have been completely renovated to meet today’s standards of living. Offering fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including; refrigerator with ice maker, stove with self cleaning oven, stovetop microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, quartz counter tops with tile back splash, ample cabinetry with soft closing mechanisms, and kitchen islands with pendant lights. Vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and living room are contrasted with new carpeting in the bedrooms with walk-in closet. There is also a linen and coat closet, and full size washer & dryer in the unit. Ceramic tile in the bathroom and a full size vanity with quartz countertop finish off a contemporary style in each apartment. Each unit also has its own balcony/patio with a spacious storage closet. Second and third floor units have a wood-burning fireplace. The tenant pays for electricity, A/C and Renter’s Insurance. Landlord pays for heating, water/ sewer, trash & recycling, parking, pool & picnic area, snow removal, and lawn care. We have 24-7 maintenance staff on site. I lived in Media Station Apartments for two years and highly recommend it! My apartment was quiet and clean and neighbors were all respectful. Management was always friendly and responsive. I experienced very few maintenance issues, but when I submitted a request, they were always taken care of in a day. The complex is walking distance from downtown Media, but located in a peaceful area. Overall, it is a wonderful community in which to live!
Affordable but terrible

Unfortunately media station apartments while on the surface level appeared as a nice and safe apartment complex the individuals who run the complex are unaccomadating, rude and nearly nonexistent. If you have any type of maintenance issue they won't show up until 2 or 3 weeks later to address it and may bill you. The pool is also left unkept and dirty which can be a safety hazard to any family or friend visiting. It's unfortunate for such a nice town that an apartment complex is so poorly run.

We follow all public bathing regulations required by the township. We also hire a pool company that maintains the pool water. Plus, we have onsite staff that maintains the pool 7 days a week. We also have a 3rd party company that collects water samples and sends them to the lab, whereas results of the water report are sent to the township according to the following regulation: "Water test samples collected from all public bathing places shall be conducted by a laboratory certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). Bacteriological quality must be monitored once each week when the public bathing place is in operation. All ...
sample analyses must be performed by a laboratory certified by the Commonwealth in accordance with the provisions of 25 PA Code Chapter 109 “Pennsylvania Safe Drinking Water”."
We are very proud of our maintenance department as they work diligently to address every work order promptly. If a part is required, for example, we will notify the tenant of the order and the time we are expected to receive the part before we can finish the open work order. In some cases it may take some time to receive the part. Otherwise, most maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours.
We have a management office onsite open Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm. Residents may also reach us via email, call or text through the tenant portal. Our maintenance line is open 24/7 for emergencies and regular maintenance requests. We strive to provide a great experience to all our residents.

I have lived here 3 years. The apartments look very nice i love that they have a usable fire place and good responsive management team. The few issues I have with this place are that the renovations only look nice some of the outlets pull out of the walls. the bathroom sink basin just cracked one day and management tried to charge to fix it. They continue to raise rent at a larger amount every year when the apartment is already overpriced for what your getting. Also the power and plumbing in this ...
