Amazing Management
January 17, 2023The New Property Management is amazing, they truly care about their residents and they always makes us feel welcomed. Mary is the manager and is one of the kindest. The property is always clean and the maintenance staff are always on top of everything. I have lived here for 8 years and this is the best management property yet.Review from Apartments.com
New management makes tenants feel unwelcome
April 14, 2021New management has made living here less pleasant. They immediately jacked up the rent by more than $100. Also did not like the way they handled management transition during the pandemic. Made all tenants go to the office to receive new parking passes and then closed the office right after “for safety reasons due to COVID.” Then made all apartments get new thermostats which required a service man to enter everyone’s apartments DURING A PANDEMIC. They also gave everyone LESS than 24 hours notice ...to move all cars for the next 4 days so the parking lot could be replaced. They also threaten to tow cars without valid registration displayed which seems like a giant overreach. This is an apartment complex, not the DMV and it makes living here feel unwelcoming. You can tell the new management only cares about profits and not it’s tenants happiness. Would have stayed longer but with the new management I left as soon as my lease was up. Insect Infested
August 4, 2018Been living here exactly two years. From my first week to now, my bedroom is infested with crickets. After multiple calls to the office, nothing has ever been done. Rent is overpriced considering this problem. They are quiet apartments, but I’m not exaggerating about these crickets inside my apartment. They even come from the ceiling fan. It’s crazy. Office does not believe the extent of this problem. I’m finally moving out. Be careful.Review from Apartments.com

January 27, 2016The office staff made me feel special and at home that was the motivation for me picking this community . It has been 6 months and still very happy they also have the best pest control company that has taken over and has really done a great job with keeping the bugs down . The worst place to rent
July 29, 2015I dont know if this place even deserves a star at all. . . I saw the review 3 years ago about ROACHES and man are they true. We have been killing at least 10 a night and management does nothing to help the issue. Absolutely the WORST place to rent in the desert. . . Many other issues but these are what i find to be the worst ones. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Or if you do get ready to file a lawsuit as we are going to. . .Review from Apartments.com
